How to Cancel or Return an Item
To cancel your order within the 2-day window or to start a return within 5 days, just send us an email at support@mirrormake.in. Please include your order details so we can help you quickly.
Once we get your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2 days. The money will be returned using your original payment method, with no hidden fees.
A Few Important Conditions
To make sure your return is smooth, the item must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened.
- Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for getting the item back to us safely. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
